The Dreamland III. About dreams, their significance, importance and potential. |
|
Elias, session 674: I shall express to you, your dream imagery is a communication to self, and also, is an interplay between your subjective and objective awareness. What is occurring within dream action, so to speak, is the objective recognition and translation of subjective activity. Now, it is translated into the language, so to speak, of the objective awareness. Therefore, the actions may appear odd to your understanding at times, or unusual. But I shall also express to you, the subjective and objective awareness move in harmony to the other. Therefore, the activity that is occurring within this dream state is also occurring within your objective state. In this, yes, it is affecting, for it is what you are creating in both states of awareness. The dream state is a type of bridge, so to speak, for as you allow yourself to be creating memory of your dream activity, what you are in actuality creating is an objective translation of subjective activity. As you engage a meditation, allow yourself a relaxation process, so to speak, but also offer yourself a directedness in that relaxation. In a manner of speaking, offer yourself the direction through a suggestion, but do not push with your energy, for as you force your energy, you also create an obstacle.
